Background

Our Client, A Furniture manufacturing company manufactures high-quality, laminated benchtops and is one of the largest postformers in its field. They wanted to streamline their production, manage inventory more effectively, and boost overall operational efficiency. To achieve this, they aimed to build a cloud-based CRM system on Salesforce CRM customisation that also integrated the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) capabilities.
